General purpose pneumatic draw-wire insertion into cable guides for installation of telecommunication cables

The draw wire is attached to a loop (25) at the end of a short length of rigid wire (24). A flexible skirt (20) is fitted round the wire, terminating in a rounded harder head (23). The skirt fits over the objects in the conduit, and is expanded when pneumatic pressure is applied at the end of the conduit to form a seal so that the wire and skirt are displaced along the conduit.
