The panel is made up of a series of rotating prisms (2), each carrying one strip of the advertisement (6) sandwiched between layers of plastic film (9) or attached to a single layer by a hot-melt or solvent based adhesive. Each paper/plastic strip has one or more holes (10) at its upper end for the insertion of a tool used to apply the strip to one surface (4) of a prism.
