<p>The invention discloses a novel process for the treatment of waste water, for the separation of the flock from the water, said process using a settling tank (6) provided with a pump (1), a flocculation tank (3) and a doser (5); the process uses a flocculation product based on aluminium sulphate, calcium sulphate, alkaline sodium carbonate, cement, cation flocculant, double silicate of aluminium and sodium/potassium as well as ferritic steel powder. The resulting flocculant has a very high flocculation speed. Optionally, a separation filter can be used which is provided with an internal helical sweeper to collect the sludge at its lower portion. The installation may also have a final filter (45) comprised of a moving filtering mesh (47) operating like an endless band.</p> |
