<p>The present invention relates generally to amyloidogenesis. More particularly, it concerns the use of amyloidogenic proteins that have been blocked at the N- and/or C-termini and/or side chains to prevent their aggregation into amyloidogenic plaques. Particular aspects of the present invention describe the methods and compositions of inhibition of plaque formation in amyloidoses, for example, Alzheimer's Disease.</p> |
