A flow divider (4,5) in the second network is switched to form a flow path for heating or cooling. A branch (23) is arranged for the alternative circuits in the flow path to a compressor (8); in one circuit the air conditioning heat exchanger (12) is after the compressor; in the other it is after the heat exchanger for carrying heat to the exterior and after at least one expansion device. In the first circuit a heat exchanger, in which a heating medium is in thermal contact with a heat source, is arranged after the expansion device.
