PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily produce a large light conductive plate at low cost and easily produce a transparent resin with a pattern by printing or the like by fixing the transparent resin with the pattern to a light conductive plate having a uniform or simple pattern diffusion surface to eliminate diffusion effect and controlling the outgoing light from the light conductive plate in a surface light source device. SOLUTION: Th boundary surface between the diffusion surface of a light conductive plate 2 and a transparent resin plate 8 is partially fixed with a transparent resin pattern 5 to produce a place where a diffusion pattern exists and a place where no diffusion pattern exists, and the outgoing light from the light conductive plate 2 is controlled. The light conductive plate having a large size is easily produced, the transparent resin plate 8 with the pattern 5 is easily produced by printing or the like, and the large light conductive plate is easily produced at low cost. |
