PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide2 a method for controlling fresh meat, capable of controlling the properties of fresh meal such as price, etc., while giving data to animal meat being sent one after another on a transporting line and receiving data from the animal meat and an apparatus used therefor. SOLUTION: Various kinds of fresh meat 50 different in weight and kind sent one after another on a transporting line 100 are transported from the upstream to the downstream. The animal meat 50 is provided with an oscillator 1. The oscillator 1 is detachable. Writing and reading apparatuses 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 are installed along the transporting line 100 between the oscillators 1 and the fresh meat. An individual number (ID number) is preset on each oscillator 1 and other necessary property data are also preset. The detection and input of weight, standard, etc., are performed on the transporting line 100 and a price is calculated, written in the oscillator 1 of the fresh meat 50 and further read out. Various kinds of property data thus obtained are read out at the downstream side of the transporting line 100 to control the fresh meat. |
