<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the influence of static electricity to prevent a malfunction by providing an electrostatic removing line for electrically connecting an electric conductive protecting cover for storing a signal transmitting and receiving means in an underfloor circuit part for mutually connecting computers to a computer-side earthing means in a cable for connecting an interface means in a computer to the signal transmitting and receiving means. SOLUTION: An protecting cover 11 of iron or the like for internally storing a transceiver 4 on a base floor surface 7 is in contact with a base of iron or the like for placing a transceiver cable connector 12. The inside shield line of an external film for covering a plurality of earth lines having signals lines of a transceiver cable 13 is connected to the electric conductive outside of the connector 12. Further, it is connected to a computer-side LAN interface substrate 14, and connected to the earth terminal 16 of a computer casing 1 through a computer body part housed in a chassis 15. Thus, the static electricity generated under a free access floor 3 is shielded by the protecting cover 11, and removed from the earth terminal 16 through the shield line.</p> |
