PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure an arbitrary seamless communication path along a railway line in a space up to the train by connecting a transmitter/receiver for communication between the railroad and the train to a leakage coaxial cable type antenna installed on the train, and connecting a train position management device to a narrow area communication antenna arranged in the wayside of the railroad. SOLUTION: A leakage coaxial cable type antenna 2 is arranged on a train 1, and a transmitter/receiver for communication between the railroad and the train is connected to the leakage coaxial cable type antenna 2. On the other hand, along the railroad 6, narrow area communication antennae 21 are arranged at designated spaces, and the narrow area communication antennae 21 are connected to a distributed train position management device 20. The information of alarm units 10 and cameras 11 arranged in a point 7 or a railroad crossing can be obtained in the distributed train position management device 20. Thus, an arbitrary seamless communication path is secured along the railroad in a space up to the train 1 so as to enable high-quality and large-capacity data communication. |
