<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-retrieve user interface based upon a calendar view of image information of an electronically stored document by paying attention to some relative time information that the stored document has and making use of an icon. SOLUTION: A typical calendar view of a month is updated so that electronically stored documents 506, 508, and 510 are represented as provided icons at positions determined by the days when events relating processes of image information of the documents 506, 508, and 510 occur, e.g. a cell 504 of 19th, thereby making it possible to retrieve a necessary document by viewing the icons according to the day when the event occurred or will occur in the calendar view.</p> |
