摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve excavation efficiency and the life of tools by enhancing the crushing function and abrasion resistance. SOLUTION: In a cutter ring 1, excavation chips 6 for crushing straddling to both slopes are attached intermittently and also blade chips 7 crossing a V-projected portion 5 is attached between excavation chips 6. This blade chips 7 achieve the crushing function by V-projected portion 5, enhances the abrasion resistance at sloped surface portion, a rectangular plate chip having a V-shaped apex portion, and V-shaped plate chip and strip-shaped chip are respectively applied. In the case of strip-shaped chips, a supplemental chip 8 can be added to a short side. This kind of cutter ring 1 is attached in a rotatable manner through a bearing member to a fixed shaft supported at both the ends and accordingly a disc cutter for excavation is constituted. Since the cutter ring 1 enhances the crushing function and abrasion resistance, the disc cutter is expected to improve the excavation efficiency and the life of tools.
