<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a moisture removing apparatus using a moisture adsorbent separating adsorbed moisture by heating to become possible to readsorb moisture. SOLUTION: A moisture removing apparatus is equipped with a cylindrical hermetically closed container 1, an electric heater 2 provided in the periphery of the hermetically closed container 1, gas piping 3, 4 connected to both ends of the hermetically closed container 1, on-off valves 5, 6 provided in the gas pipings 3, 4, air piping 7 connected to the gas piping 3 between the hermetically closed container 1 and the on-off valve 5, an on-off valve 8 provided in the air piping 7, an air piping 9 connected to the end surface of the hermetically closed container 1 to which the gas piping 4 is connected, an on-off valve 10 and a pump 11 provided in the air piping 9 in series and a controller 12 starting the electric heater 2 at a required time in such a state that the on-off valves 5, 6 are closed and at least one of the on-off valves 8, 10 is opened and starting the pump 11 in such a state that the on-off valves 8, 10 are opened and stopping the electric heater 2 and the pump 11 so as to provide a time interval and closing the on-off valves 8, 10 while opening the on-off valves 5, 6.</p> |
