PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify constitution for setting a cell aggregation to an object to which it is set. SOLUTION: This fuel cell is so constituted that connection pipes P for supplying gas to gas passages X communicating to respective oxygen containing gas flow passages s of plural cells C' of a cell aggregation NC, or communicating to respective fuel gas flow passages f, or for exhausting the gas from the gas passages X are connected with the gas passages X on one end side of the cell aggregation NC in the cell-lining-up direction, and terminal parts L for taking electric power out are provided to both end sides of the cell aggregation NC in the cell line-up direction. Spacing members 17 for holding the cell aggregation NC at a distance from an object to which it is set are provided to one end side of the cell aggregation NC in the cell line-up direction integrally with the cell aggregation NC. Here, the connecting pipes P are put so as to lie on the cell aggregation NC side of the spacing members 17 in the cell-lining- up direction, not on the end side opposed to the cell aggregation NC side. |
