PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower production cost, improve water pollution and make good use of the resource in the original processing of the pickled ume (Japanese apricot) by recollecting and effectively utilizing an ume-pickling stock solution. SOLUTION: This method consists of separation and recollection of the ume- pickling stock solution, utilization of this stock solution for healthy food and healthy drink and medicine for health or aluminum battery, and utilization of the refined solution obtained by dialysis and electrodialysis of the solution including slats up to 100,000 ppm and acidity of the ume up to pH 3 for the prescribed use, allowing to improve the water pollution and make use of the resource in the waste fluid and develop a new industry. |
