摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and simultaneously produce power and oxygen and nitrogen by combining a gas turbine process with recovery of at least one oxygen product through an ion transmission separation membrane section at the time of producing an oxygen product gas flow and generating power from a gas turbine. SOLUTION: An ion transmission reactor module 20 and an ion transmission separator module 41 are integrated with a gas turbine 48 in a Brayton cycle to extract oxygen from a supplied gas flow 10. In this case, the supplied gas flow 10 is compressed by a compressor 15 and then heated by heat generated by a reaction in a band region under a sieve of a first ion transmission membrane 22 and, after that, the heated supplied gas flow is supplied to a second ion transmission membrane 42. The supplied gas flow is divided into an oxygen-decreased gas flow left as a membrane-impermeable gas flow in the sieve upper side of the second ion transmission membrane 42 and an oxygen- containing gas flow as a membrane permeable gas flow in the sieve under side. The heated gas is expanded by a gas turbine 48 to generate power.
