PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lubricate a rolling element and a race even if a lubricating oil is insufficient or can not be supplied and improve the seizure resistance by assembling a lubricant-containing polymer member to the collar surface or collar ring of the race making sliding contact with the rolling element. SOLUTION: An inner ring collar surface 1 making sliding contact with a conical roller 3 has a recessed groove 2b, and a lubricant-containing polymer member 5 is assembled thereto by integral molding. The polymer member 5 consists of a polymer selected from the group of polyα-olefin polymers such as polyethylene, polypropylene and either one of paraffin hydrocarbon oil, ether oil, and ester oil mixed thereto as lubricant. The polymer member 5 never makes contact with the conical roller 3 in general rotation, but when the lubricating oil in a device can not be supplied into a bearing by any cause, the lubricating oil contained in the polymer member 5 flows out by the heat generated between the conical roller 3 and the collar surface 2a to lubricate the conical roller 3 and the collar surface 2a, so that the seizure can be prevented.
