PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a motor controller which is small, whose maintenance is easy and on which a power module is mounted. SOLUTION: In a power module 1, a heat sink 1a and a metal wiring board 1b are molded integrally of a highly heat-conductive resin 1c, and a power switching element 1d and a drive circuit component 1e are then connected to the metal wiring board 1b by soldering. With this constitution, the power module 1 dissipates heat well and can be miniaturized. In addition, the heat sink 1a of the power module 1 constitutes the bottom face as a part of the enclosure 3 of a motor controller. When the motor controller is attached to an apparatus by using mounting holes 4, the heat sink 1a comes into close contact with the mounting face of the apparatus, and the heat dissipation of the power module 1 can be promoted. |
