PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a service center of the system to be operated under a smooth schedule against notice data from an image forming device so as to suppress increase in the investment cost and the operation cost of a newly extended installation and to use effectively and efficiently the installation of the service center. SOLUTION: Upon receipt of notice data sent from pluralities of copying machines 1 respectively, each of clients 201a-201n of a service center 200 stores the data to a storage notice data file. Each client reads the notice data from the file and discriminates whether or not the data are displayed on a primary display area and displays the data on the primary display area when tire data can be displayed. When the data cannot be displayed, each client discriminates whether or not the notice data are data with high emergency. When the data have a high emergency, each client discriminates whether or not the notice data can be displayed on a secondary display area, and displays the data on the secondary display area when the notice data can be displayed thereon. |
