PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polling system for municipally operated races which can reduce the running cost of polling forms and an ink ribbon for printing and contribute to the beautification of a racing stadium and external ticket vending places. SOLUTION: A portable record medium 1 which can have information recorded and reproduced and is repeatedly usable is used and a terminal machine 3 connected to a totalization system 2 records vending contents by polling on the record medium 1. Further, a production display unit 8 is connected to the totalization system 2 and the reproduction display unit 8 reads the recording medium 1 to display the recorded vending contents and their hit state, and displays the determination state of hit polling when there is the hit polling. |
