PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject compsn. capable of molding continuously for a long term by dint of no gelation in an extruder, and of giving excellent water resistance and heat resistance by blending a thermoplastic elastomer obtained from reacting specific components and an isocyanate-terminated compd. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic elastomer is obtained by reacting a polyhydroxy component which comprises (A) 3-methyl-1,5-pentylene adipate,(B) polyt etramethylene ether glycol, and (C) 1,4-butanediol in the wt. ratio expressed by formula I and in the mole ratio expressed by formula II; with (D) 4,4'- diphenylmethane diisocyanate in the mole ratio expressed by formula III. The obtained thermoplastic elastomer which has a flow rate Q (cm<3> /s) at 190 deg.C under 30 kgf of 1.5×10<3> <=Q<=7×10<-3> and a viscosity of a dimethyl formamide soln. with 10 wt.% resin content of 1,500 mPa.s or greater, is blended with an isocyanate-terminated compd. having an isocyanate group content of 2-7% in a blend ratio of 100 pts.wt. of the former to 13-25 pts.wt. of the latter.
