In a heat-shrinkable multilayer film having at least three layers including a third layer having a small heat shrinkability, the third layer is controlled to have a heat shrinkability at 80 DEG C of above 5 % and at most 20 %, or the third layer is formed of a vinylidene chloride terpolymer. As a result, the deterioration of optical properties after heat shrinkage, such as whitening or lowering of transparency, of the multilayer film, is suppressed. |
