<p>The door has a pair of driven bolts 28 mounted in compartments 14 of a frame 2 in which a door flap 18 is pivotally mounted. The bolts are extendable into the flap and retractable into the frame to lock and unlock the door, respectively. A bolt mechanism controller (50,Fig.4) unlocks the door on the detection of a pet carrying the correct signal transmitter (66,Fig.4) and relocks the door an adjustable predetermined time after unlocking the door.</p> |
