PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of performing the license management of a program corresponding to the degree of the necessity of a user. SOLUTION: By the storage device 56 of a user computer 40, an application program and counter data are stored. By a control part 59, the value of the counter data are checked, the execution of the application program and the decrease of the counter data are performed in the case that the value of the counter data is larger than 0 and data for requesting the counter data are transmitted through a communication interface 53 and a communication path C to a host computer in the case that the value of the counter data is not larger than O. The control part of the host computer generates the counter data and transmits them through the communication interface and the communication path to the user computer 40. |
