PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable executing an application program by fitting a program-in- chip where the application program is stored to the program-in-chip unit of a computer device. SOLUTION: A central processing unit(CPU) console 20 is disposed and the CPU console 20 is provided with a compact disk read only memory(CD-ROM) drive 24, a hard disk drive and a program-in-chip(PIC) unit 26. The PIC unit 26 is provided with six non-insertion(ZIF) sockets 38 and the sockets 38 are arranged in a mother board 28 which is exposed to an external part when an access panel 30 is opened by the array of 3 (vertical)×2 (horizontal). Then, PIC 32 where the application program is stored is fitted to the PIC unit 26 of the computer device so that the application program is executed.
