PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal diameter work device using a micro finishing film working an internal surface without obstruction to make high accurate finishing possible, even in an internal diametric part of small diameter particularly such as having a wall in the depth with an opening part provided in one side and/or a stepped part or protruded object in the center. SOLUTION: This device has a polish tool 8 mounted in a polish head 5 fixed to a table mounted able to reciprocate on a base and a pair of film guide rollers 3 (,3) fixedly supporting respectively an inward end through a shaft 14 and a flange 11 to a guide roller rotary shaft 13 supported able to swivel to the polish head 5. When the polish head is placed in a forwarding end position so as to perform internal diameter work of a workpiece, each film guide roller 3 (,3)is separated by a prescribed angle respectively from almost a horizontal attitude and in a horizontal direction from the workpiece, to be tilted to a position without interfering with the workpiece. |
