PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent illegal entering and leaving by specifying the owner of a card when entering/leaving by the card can not be permitted and informing the owner of that. SOLUTION: When a user enters a ticket examining passage P, a card C possessed by the user is held over a communication area 3 provided on the entrance side of the passage P. When the card C is held over the area 3, data are transmitted and received between a main body G and the card C to execute arithmetic processing of entering/leaving by the controller 6 of the main body G. When entering/leaving can not be permitted as a result of the arithmetic processing of entering/leaving, the name of the possessor of the card C is extracted and the extracted name and characters guiding that passing through is not permitted are displayed. Thereby, even in the case of a doorless type, the possessor of the card C is specified and the effect is guided when entering/ leaving is rejected. Thus, illegal entering/leaving is prevented. |
