PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a constant layer thickness of an adhesive layer when gluing a test circuit board, by allowing a test body to carry a mechanically detectable code on the bottom and upper surfaces of a transparent substrate, and at the same time accommodating it in a housing and fixing the housing on the test circuit board by adhesion. SOLUTION: A test body is formed by a transparent substrate 1 consisting of a crystal glass plate, and the substrate 1 is buried into a single substance housing 2 made of a synthetic resin by friction engagement or force engagement. Then, a rib 5 is formed over an entire periphery on the lower surface of the frame-shaped housing 2, and a bottom surface 1g of the substrate 1 is sealed on the rib 5. Four markings 3 are formed on the bottom surface 1g, and also four markings 3 are formed on an upper surface 1d of the substrate 1 so that they are aligned to the markings 3. This sort of housing 2 is fixed to a test circuit substrate by a pressure sensitive adhesive. |
