<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive to effectively use wastes and turn into resources again through the enlargement of the used of an eco-cement produced from the wastes by a method wherein corrosionproof reinforcing bars are used in a concrete, in which the eco-cement is employed. SOLUTION: Corrosionproof reinforcing bars are employed in a concrete consisting of a hydraulic composition, which is made from raw materials such as one or more of urban waste incineration ash and sewage sludge incineration ash, water and aggregate. Further, the hydraulic composition consists of an incinerated matter including 10-40 wt.% of C11 CaCl2 and either one or more of C2 S and C3 S and gypsum from one or more of the urban waste incineration ash and sewage sludge incineration ash as raw material. As a result, since no rusting of the reinforcing bar occurs and the concrete has a plenty of durability, eco-cement can be used for a reinforced concrete structure, in winch a large amount of cement is used.</p> |
