<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the vacuum condition of a vacuum that insulating panel to be used for the heat insulating wall of a heat insulating cargo container and the like and improve the heat insulating effect. SOLUTION: A heat insulating wall member 2 is provided with an outside plate 270, an inside plate 260, and with a heat insulting material block 200 to be interposed between the outside and inside plates, in which a vacuum heat insulating panel 220 and heat insulating material 210 are laminated, reinforcing materials 300 are disposed to the outside plate 270, and the heat insulating block 200 having the vacuum heat insulating panel 220, is disposed in a clearance between the adjacent reinforcing materials 300. In this case, it is so constituted that one surface of the heat insulating material block 200 is fixed to the plate surface of the outside plate 270, and the surface faced to the inside plate 260 of the heat insulating material block 200 is made a free end surface, so that external force such as vibration and the like can thereby be absorbed.</p> |
