PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a makeup composition capable of dissolving a peroxidized sebum blocking hair bulbs and accelerating blood circulation of the scalp by making the composition include an extract solution of loess, an extract solution of brown algae, an extract solution of a mugwort, an extract solution of a pine needle and an additive therein. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by including (A) an extract solution of loess containing various inorganic substances such as silicon dioxide, aluminum and magnesium, (B) an extract solution of brown algae extracted from a sea mutard (Undaria pinnatifida Suringar) and a sea tangle and containing calcium, iodine and various inorganic substances, (C) an extract solution of a mugwort containing a cineole and a sesquiterpene ingredients, (D) an extract solution of a pine needle containing a protein, a lipid, a glucide, cellulose, an ash, calcium, phosphorus, iron and vitamins, etc., and (E) an additive. In the composition, the ingredient A in an amount of about 50 pts.wt., the ingredient B in an amount of about 50 pts.wt. and the ingredient D in an amount of about 20 pts.wt. based on 10 pts.wt. ingredient C are preferably contained.
