PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct at an actually payable cost what is called 'in-pixel measurement' by setting up a structure in which a printing ink black is related, to the calculation of an input value to a printing control part or the calculation of an intermediate level which is required for the input value. SOLUTION: An input value to be found for a printer control device 9, that is, the relative film variation for each of the zones for individual printing ink relative to printing, is displayed in vectors and is shown by the film thickness variation vector ΔD=(ΔDc, ΔDg, ΔDm, ΔDs: indexes c, g, m and s are respectively cyan, yellow, magenta and black of the printing ink). An offset printing machine 1 is set up for each of the zone and printing is performed in a line comprising the zones arranged adjacently in parallel. In this case, individual ink supply unit is provided for each of the zones at the printer 1, and it is preferable that the adjustment is to be performed without mutual relation between individual ink supply unit at least for the actual performance of this printer. |
