METHOD FOR PROCESSING ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT IN WORK FLOW SUPPORT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of a person in charge of each work by displaying information necessary for the processing of the person in charge of each work so as to easily observe it and dynamically changing an electronic document to flow on an electronic route of a work flow. SOLUTION: After generating a reference document A to flow on an electronic route in accordance with a previously prepared form, at least a prescribed information in the document A succeeds the previously prepared form in a prescribed process of a work flow and the document A is annexed or linked to the form to generate a reference document B to flow on the electronic route. Since the format of the electronic document can be dynamically changed in accordance with the processing of each process on the work flow, the electronic document can be displayed so that information necessary for the processing of a person in charge of each work can easily be observed and the operability of the person in charge of each work can be improved.
