<p>Monomers based on alpha,omega-diamino acids with the general formula (A), wherein n = 2 - 4; polymers based on alpha,omega- -diamino acids the structure whereof consists of structural elements A' and B' having the general formula (I), where a and b are molar fractions of said structural elements A' and B', whilst 0 < a < 1, preferably in the range 0 to 0.8, whilst a + b = 1; n ranges from 2 to 4; m is 1 or 2; and R is alkyl selected from the group containing linear, branched and cyclic alkyls with 1 - 18 carbons, benzyl and 2,2,2-trichloroethyl, then preferably benzyl, whilst a mean polymerisation index ranges from 5 to 2000 of monomer units, preferably in the range from 30 to 1200 monomer units; and linear, hydrophile and biodegradable polymers based on alpha,omega-diamino acids having the general formula (II), where a and b are molar fractions of structural elements A'' and B'', whilst 0 < a < 1, typically from the 0 - 0.8 interval, whilst a + b = 1; n ranges from 2 to 4; m is 1 or 2, R' is hydroxyalkyl with from 2 to 5 carbons that contain one or even more hydroxyl groups. A process for the preparation of polymers with the general formula (I) and (II) resides in: preparing A material, co-polymerisation thereof with B comonomers thus obtaining a copolymer with the general formula (I) which reacts with an amino alcohol to a copolymer with the general formula (II).</p> |
