<p>The invention concerns heterocyclic N-substituted derivatives of the formula (I) in which: R1 and R2 denote, for instance, hydrogen or an alkyl group, alkoxy group, amino group, carboxy group, cyano group; R3 is, for instance, hydrogen, an alkyl group, alkenyl group and cycloalkyl group; R4 and R5 are each optionally a substituted alkyl group, phenyl group or phenylalkyl group; or R4 and R5 together form a group of the formula =CR7R8, in which R7 is hydrogen, an alkyl group or a phenyl group and R8 is an alkyl group or phenyl group; or R4 and R5 together are either a group of formula (CH2)n or one of formula (CH2)pY(CH2)q, where Y is, in particular, oxygen or sulphur or a substituted carbon atom; or R4 and R5 together with the carbon atom to which they are bonded constitute an indame or adamantame; p + q = m; n is an integer between 1 and 11; m is an integer between 2 and 5; X is an oxygen or sulphur atom; z and t are zero or one is zero and the other is unity; and their salts; methods of preparation of said derivatives; and pharmaceutical compositions containing said derivatives as its active agent.
