PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability in consideration of weatherability, by dissolving additive in solution formed by dissolving salt of carboxylic acid and specific amine in solvent comprising y-butyrolactone as electrolyte salt. SOLUTION: Salt of carboxylic acid and amine expressed by a formula (wherein R1 to R3 are a 1-6C amino group with primary to tertiary amine and two or more of R1 to R3 can be the same) is dissolved in solvent comprisingγ-buthyrolactone as electrolyte salt. As for the carboxylic acid used in the electrolytic solution, polycaboxylic acid, aliphatic polycaboxylic acid, aromatic polycarboxylic acid, alicyclic polycarboxylic acid and aromatic monocarboxylic acid are mentioned. The mixing ratio of acid and amine constituting electrolytic solution is 3 to 11 in pH of electrolytic solution. The content of electrolyte salt in electrolytic solution is 10 to 50 wt.% to the weight of electrolytic solution. Peroxide cure butyl rubber, etc., are used for a sealing material of the electrolytic capacitor.
