PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily secure the correspondence between a recorded business message and an originator telephone number by detecting the originator telephone number that is notified in an incoming mode and storing the detected telephone number in a memory as one of additional information on the business message to be recorded. SOLUTION: A CPU 1 connects a switch circuit 5 to an originating number processing circuit 6 when an incoming detection circuit 4 detects an incoming state. The circuit 6 decodes the originator number information via a decoding circuit 61 and preserves the decoded information in a buffer 62. Then the CPU 1 connects the circuit 5 to a voice data processing circuit 7. The circuit 7 preserves a business message in a flash memory 10 via a CODEC circuit 71 and a compression part 72. When the preservation of the business message is over, the circuit 7 acquires the time information of a clock circuit 74 and the originator number information of the buffer 62 and preserves these information in the memory 10 with correspondence secured between them as the additional information of the business message that is preserved right before those time and originator number information are acquired.
