摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic electronic flashing device which prevents the malfunction due to the fluctuations of ambient brightness and which has good responsiveness. SOLUTION: A solar battery SB is configured by serially connecting plural cells, and the output voltage of the battery SB is outputted to a voltage supervisory circuit 1. The circuit 1 compares the output voltage of the battery SB with reference voltage in size and generates a signal that turns on or off a switching element SW. When the surroundings become gets bright and the output voltage of the battery SB becomes larger than the reference voltage, the element SW is turned off by an output of the circuit 1, a triac Q1 is turned off, and power feeding to a load L is cut off. When the surroundings become dark and the output voltage of the battery SB becomes smaller than the reference voltage, the element SW is turned on by an output of the circuit 1, the triac Q1 is turned on and power to the load L is supplied.
