PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit the delay amount of an original image and a sent image within a prescribed range. SOLUTION: A time measurement circuit 27 obtains a time difference ΔT between an arrival time Ta of a reference packet and a time Tb when a first frame of a group of picture(GOP) of a same time code value is given to a display block 30. A delay detector 29 compares the time difference ΔT received through an integration device 28 with a setting reference time range ΔTrefi±N to control a decode processing speed of a decode block 25 in response to the comparison result. Thus, the delay amount of an original image and a sent image are controlled within a prescribed range. |
