The system consists of at least one cable (C) stretched between two anchoring zones (A, B) and designed to receive at least one attachment. Each anchoring zone is tubular and in sections (2) which can be connected to make the required length, and has a fixing (3), a guide (8) and a cable tensioner (17). Each fixing (3) has a thrust member with a plate (3a) at one end for connecting to a structure and a fastening (3c) at the other for the tube.
