PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To structurally improve strength around a cover and a handle while providing easiness for opening and shutting and to make the structure accommodative to cases in various types by a method wherein the structure is so constructed that inserting parts are respective inserted into and frictionally fixed at a place between a rear cove and the left of a left tuck-in part and a place between the rear cover and the right of a right tuck-in part and locking parts are respectively locked up for fixation in lock-up holes at the right and the left. SOLUTION: A blank is fabricated into a rectangular parallelepiped shape with the bottom unfolded and formed with corners corresponding to creases (d) and (p) and creased (b) and (k) being held. Then, a front cover 6, a right tuck-in part 17, a rear cover 12 and a left tuck-in part 22 are bent outwardly at creases (e), (i), (g) and (n) while being bent inwardly at creases (l), (m), (q) and (r), and at the same time a front handle 11 and a rear handle 13 are bent inwardly at creases (f) and (h) and are put together and thereby a cover is provided and a handle is formed. Two inserting parts 7 and 8 respectively equipped with locking part 9 and 10 facing horizontally outward are respectively inserted into a place between the rear cover 12 and the left 20 of the left tuck-in part and a place between the rear cover 12 and the right 16 of the right tuck-in part, and thereby the locking parts 9 and 10 are locked up for fixation respectively in a right lock-up hole 245 and a left lock-up hole 23.
|
