PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable utilization of an LED of low emission power and realize miniaturization and low cost by changing a size of a hole according to a corresponding emission wavelength in a printer head having a plurality of light emission sources of different emission wavelengths and the hole limiting an exposure dot size. SOLUTION: A blue light-emitting LED 2, a green light-emitting LED 3 and a red light-emitting LED 4 are mounted on a substrate 1 of an optical write printer-head. The whole of an upper face of the substrate 1 is covered with a cover 5. Holes 6-8 of different diameters are formed in the cover 5 to correspond to the LEDs 2-4, thereby limiting beam sizes of the blue, green and red lights advancing upward. More specifically, the holes 6-8 are changed in size to agree with the human sense. The hole is enlarged for a color not important in terms of spatial recognition, and a count of the LEDs of the same color is reduced, thereby realizing miniaturization and cost reduction. Separators 9 are set between the LED 2 and 3 and, 3 and 4 to prevent the light emitted from the LEDs from leaking sideways.
|
