<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the deformation margin of a seal member and prevent its damage by forming an outside member with a deformable elastic body, forming an inside member harder than the outside member, and making the facing angle of a first contact section to the outside member larger than the facing angle of a second contact section to the inside member. SOLUTION: An outside seal 31 is made of a rubber material, and the inner diameter section of the contact side tip section 31b, of the seal 31 is protruded in the axial direction by the prescribed quantity to a valve rod 41 side by the prescribed quantity than the end section 33b of a retainer 33. The retainer 33 is made harder than the seal 31 and holds the shape of the seal 31 from the inner diameter side, and a flange section 33c is backed up by the seal 31. The facing angle of a taper contact section 43a to the seal 31 is set larger than the facing angle of a spherical surface contact section 43b to the retainer 33, and the contact sections 43a, 43b are formed into a stepped shape having a recess 43c in the middle. The deformation margin of the outside member can be secured, and the damage of a deformation section can be prevented.</p> |
