PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a deformation in molding even under the condition that the rigidity of a mold is not high by a method wherein a mechanism, which varies a mold interval by means of the balance between an inner cell pressure and an outer cell pressure, is provided and a polymerization setting resin stock is poured in a cell so as to produce a resin molding through polymerization setting and then release the resin molding from both molds. SOLUTION: Between a mold 1 and a mold 2, both of which are made of a glass fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester resin having the shape of a bathtub, a glass fiber perform 8 is put in advance so as to form an enclosed cell by means of seal packings 4 made of an elastic body. In order to suppress the pressure of a polymerization setting stock at the pouring and the filling in the cell, at the formation of the cell by assembling two molds, a mold interval varying mechanism 11, which varies a mold interval by means of the balance between an inner cell pressure and an outer cell pressure, is provided. When the mold opening force by pressure, which rises at the pouring of the polymerization setting resin stock in the cell, in the cell is larger than the force of a power mechanism for clamping the molds, the mold interval becomes larger, resulting in suppressing the excessive rise of the resin pressure in the cell. |
