PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent bacteria from adhering to a cutting board and propagating, by simply placing a packaging body on the cutting board by forming a cutting board packaging body of a cloth containing chitin chitosan in the fiber. SOLUTION: For this antibacterial cutting board packaging body 1, a cloth which is formed of a fiber containing chitin chitosan is processed into a bag- shape, and the antibacterail cutting board packaging body 1 has an opening 2 where a cutting board is inserted. After washing and drying a cutting board which has been used for cooking, is inserted in the antibacterial cutting board packaging body 1, and is kept with the opening 2 being folded. Since chitin chitosan has an excellent antibacterial property against bacteria or the like which cause food poisonings, by simply wrapping a cutting board which has been washed or sterilized with the antibacterial cutting board packaging body 1, or simply placing the antibacterial cutting board packaging body 1 over a cutting board, bacteria from the outside by cockroach or the like can be prevented from adhering to the cutting board, or bacterial can be prevented from propagating on the surface of the cutting board as well. Also, in order to obtain an excellent antibacterial property, it is preferable to contain 30-100 wt.% of chitin chitosan in the fiber. |
