COMPOSITE LAMINATED CERAMIC PART AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite laminated ceramic parts in which traditional defects are eliminated and generation of peeling at a boundary, cracks in respective layers and further deformation are eliminated without having intermediate layer. SOLUTION: The composite laminated ceramic parts are constituted of a material of high dielectric constant and a material of low dielectric constant which satisfy a relation: |T1-T2|<=140 when T1 is a shrinkage beginning temp. at the time of calcining a high dielectric constant layer and T2 is the shrinkage beginning temp. at the time of calcining a low dielectric constant layer and area of the composite laminated ceramic parts is <=50 mm<2> and a relation: |T1-T2|<=60 when area thereof is <=8 mm<2> . By using materials satisfying these relations for the high dielectric constant layers 2, 3 and the low dielectric constant layers 1, 4, the composition laminated parts in which peeling of the laminated interfaces of different kinds of materials, cracks and deformation of appearance are eliminated can be obtained.
