PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cap from being opened by tampering of children by preventing the cap from being turned in an opening direction unless an elastic plate is depressed. SOLUTION: A part B of an operation cylinder between slots, in pairs, comprises an elastic plate 14 and a first serrated tooth 15 is provided horizontally on the outer surface of a vertical cylinder part 10 of the plate 14. A second serrated tooth 18, which mates with the tooth 15 when a cap is screwed out, is provided circumferentially on the inner surface of a cap outer periphery wall 17. The elastic plate 14 is forced inwardly into a deep groove 5 and the tooth 15 is allowed to be inwardly removed from the tooth 18. |
