PURPOSE:To aim at the noise control of an internal combustion engine by confirming a non-load condition of the internal combustion engine with an operated condition confirming means and giving a predetermined braking torque to a slave gear, depending on the signal and making constantly a contacted condition of a driving gear with a slave gear constantly. CONSTITUTION:In the turning operation of a shift drum 6, when the neutral of an internal combustion engine is confirmed by a sensor 30, a cum plate 32 is simultaneously turned by the turning movement of the shift drum 6, and an oscillation lever 31 is oscillated so as to make a contact 33 of the other end part to abut the outer surface of a clutch outer 10. The oscillation lever 31 is further oscillated so that a spring 34 is compressed by a predetermined quantity, and while a predetermined braking torque is given to the clutch outer 10 via the contact 33. Consequently, the inertia force of the slave gear 8 is weakened by the braking torque given to the clutch outer 10, and the slave gear 8 is restricted to be two forward even if a rotating fluctuation is generated in the drive gear 9, and teeth of the drive gear 9 and the slave gear 8 are constantly maintained in the contacted condition so as to prevent a collision and the noise is thus prevented. |
