PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a cirtification identification card which can be adopted as a cirtification identification card even when the surface is uneven due to an inner component of a non-contact type IC card. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a cirtification identification card comprises the steps of placing components including an IC chip at a predetermined position between two opposed boards, enhancing pressing of a means for forming a cirtification identification image at the time of forming the image while relatively moving the forming means of the image to upstream or downstream sided of a placing position of the chip to form the image on a surface of the board of the card, and forming the image on an area where no IC chip exist.
