<p>Nitrogenous heterocyclic derivatives represented by formula (I) or salts or hydrates thereof, which are useful as a phosphodiesterase 4 inhibitor; and a medicine containing any of the compounds. In said formula, X and Y each represents a carbon or nitrogen atom, provided that not both of X and Y are carbon atoms; ring A represents a (hetero)aromatic ring; ring B represents an optionally substituted (un)saturated carbon ring or heterocycle; R1 represents hydrogen, halogeno, or optionally substituted alkyl or alkoxy; R?2 and R3¿ are the same or different and each represents hydrogen, optionally substituted alkyl, cycloalkyl, etc.; R?4, R5, R6, and R7¿ are the same or different and each represents hydrogen or an appropriate substituent, provided that any adjacent two of these may be bonded to form a ring; and L represents a single bond or a connecting member.</p> |
