The manual snow shovel has a runner (K) or support at the left and right sides of the scraper shovel (S). On raising or lowering the shaft (D), used to push and pull the shovel (S), the shovel (S) can be lifted clear of the ground on to the runners (K) or supports and slide over an obstacle. The runners (K) or supports have smooth sliding under surfaces. The handgrip (H), at the free end of the shaft (D), can be used by one or two people.
